We value your time, and we expect the same courtesy in return. If you can’t make it to your appointment, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are disrespectful and disruptive. Fail to notify us on time, and you’ll be charged for the full service.
Show up on time. We run a tight schedule, and tardiness affects everyone. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, consider your appointment canceled, and you’ll still be charged. Don’t expect us to fit you in whenever you stroll in.
You will receive a confirmation message for your booking. If you don’t get one, don’t assume your appointment is confirmed. It’s your responsibility to ensure you have the confirmation.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Don’t come unprepared.
Come with clean hair. It’s basic hygiene and common courtesy. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior won’t be tolerated. You’ll be asked to leave, and you won’t be welcome back.
